Three-Year
Limited Warranty
For three (3) years from the date of
purchase, Razor Products Inc. will repair or
replace at our option, free of charge, any
mechanical or electrical component found
upon examination by a authorized
representative of Razor Products Inc. to be
defective in material and/or workmanship.
This warranty
does not extend to those items, which may
require replacement due to normal wear and
tear.
Labor,
service calls, shipping and other charges
incurred for repair of the product, unless
specifically authorized by Razor Products
Inc. in advance, are excluded.
Exclusions
also include components with damage caused
by:
1.
Contamination
2.
Abuse, misuse, accident, or
negligence
3.
Battery fluid spillage or leakage
4.
Commercial use, or use other than
normal
5.
Improper operation, maintenance, or
storage
6.
Repairs and/or modifications made to
any part without specific consent from Razor
Products Inc.
7.
Circumstances beyond the control of
Razor Products Inc.
One-Year
Warranty
The battery is covered by a separate one (1)
year warranty by the battery manufacturer.
Razor Products Inc. does not warrant the
batteries.
Service
Checks and Warranty Service
An authorized Razor Products Inc. provider
must perform warranty service. Do not
return faulty parts to Razor Products Inc.
without prior written authorization. All
transportation cost and shipping damage
incurred while submitting parts for repair
or replacement is the responsibility of the
purchaser.
Failure to
follow the instruction, warnings, and notes
I the owner’s manual and those located on
your Lectra-Lift product can result in
personal injury or product damage and will
void Razor Products Inc. warranty.
Implied
Warranties
Implied warranties, including those o
merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, are limited to one (1) year from
the date of purchase and the extent
permitted by law. Any and all implied
warranties are excluded. This is the
exclusive remedy.
Some states
do not allow limitation on how long an
implied warranty lasts or do not allow the
exclusion of limitation incidental or
consequential damaged. The above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific
rights, and you may also have other rights,
which vary from state to state.

out and return the product registration form
to Razor Products Inc., 7808 U.S. 30 Highway
West, Fort Wayne, IN 46818. This will aid
Razor Products Inc. in providing the best
possible technical and customer service.

Purchaser has read and understands the
owner’s manual and agrees that Razor
Products Inc. is not liable for any
liability resulting from Purchaser’s
improper use of the lift or for purchaser
ignoring any of the warning labels on the
product.
