Dealerships
Protected
Dealerships are
available. Lektra-Lift
uses a combination
of independent sales
representatives as
well as our own
in-house staff. The
factory reserves the
right to protect
dealers by our own
determinations.
Protected dealers
may be shown on our
web site, and in the
near future we will
provide a Dealer
Locator.
In order to be a
Protected Dealer, we
will evaluate the
store(s) based on
several factors. We
will ask for certain
information in order
to make that
determination. What
we are looking for
would include such
things as, a photo
of the store, years
in business,
anticipated volume
of Lektra-Lift
sales, and whether
the store affords
Lektra-Lift the best
long term sales
situation. The size
of the Protected
Dealership's area
will be decided by
Lektra-Lift. There
may be more than one
Protected Dealer to
an area based on
population or other
key factors. Lektra-Lift
will have a minimum
required up front
order to be a
Protected Dealer.
Protected
Dealerships will not
be contractually
secured, but may be
terminated at will
for whatever reason
by either party. If
we terminate a store
as a Protected
Dealer, Lektra-Lift
will purchase back
any new units that
may be in
inventory.
The Protected
Dealership would
only cover that
store's particular
store type. As you
can see, this
product has a wide
variety of uses.
The Protected
Dealer for instance
would be for
(usually) only one
category, such as
Medical Mobility.
Lektra-Lift would
not sell or
authorize another
dealer in the same
protected territory
to sell the mobility
version (even though
some of the
components are
universal).
Lektra-Lift will
reserve the right to
sell to the public
from our internet
site, as many
territories will not
have Protected
Dealers. Our trained
staff will be aware
of where our
Protected Dealers
are, and the
consumer will be
directed to those
dealers. The web
site will sell at
Suggested Retail
Prices, plus taxes
where required by
state law. For
